Each Helico course is created, owned and managed by Helico International Snail Business. The foundation of each Helico course is the excellent combination of materials, which can include videos, slides, and text. In addition, Helico can add resources and various types of practice activities, as a way to enhance the learning experience of students.

Helico courses are entirely on-demand. You can begin the course whenever you like, and there are no deadlines to complete it.
Helico courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
After you enroll in a course, you can access it by logging in and navigating to the purchased course which is now accessible.

As noted above, there are no deadlines to begin or complete the course. Even after you complete the course you will continue to have access to it, provided that your account’s in good standing, and Helico continues to have a license to the course.

While Helico is not yet an accredited institution, we offer skills-based courses taught by experts in their field, and every approved, paid course features a certificate of completion to document your accomplishment.

Yes! You can preview a course by reviewing key information about it. Once you click on it you’ll be able to view the courses learning objectives in detail as well as pricing, etc.

Helico supports several different payment methods, depending on your account country and location, via the JCC payment portal.

If you find you have a question about a paid course while you’re taking it, you can search for answers to your question in the Q&A, submit a support ticket on the contact us page, or contact one our support team via the chat option.
Our Help Center has extensive information regarding Helico’s various features, and articles with troubleshooting steps to help you quickly resolve any issues you encounter. Our support team is also happy to help.

The “email address is unavailable” banner indicates that the email address is registered to another active account or an account that was recently closed.

For example, you may have created two accounts by accident. You can follow the steps outlined in a previous article to reset your password and access the account registered to that email address.

If you recently closed an account that had that email address registered to it, however, that address may not be available to use with another Helico account for a period of time.

Sometimes, a PDF document will take a while time to load. From the course dashboard, check how many pages is included in the document. If the document has multiple pages it’s likely that the large file size is impacting the load time. Try refreshing the page to fix the issue.
